Hello! I am so happy that you chose our team to collaborate with you on your project! We are excited to get to know you, and help you with all the many (but fun!) decisions throughout the process! A little bit about me: I am a mother of 6. 4 boys and 2 girls. I have been married to my husband Brock for 15 years and we are always on the go! It’s a crazy but fun time in our lives with our kids, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! I have been working in the construction / design industry since March of 2016. I started Heather Lay Interiors in the summer of 2021 right after my twins were born. I wanted to create a space for women to be creative, learn in a positive work environment, and be part of a collaborative team. We can’t wait to get to know you better, and walk you through the design phase of your project!

Hi, I'm Rebecca! I am a strategic leader with 15+ years of experience helping businesses grow through strong operations, thoughtful leadership, and people-first processes across hospitality, remodeling, and brand management. My career has taken me from launching a boutique hotel during a global pandemic to leading brand strategy for a national hotel company and now serving as CEO of a growing remodeling firm. I've always been passionate about the work behind the scenes, the systems, culture, and strategy that help businesses thrive. I'm a direct communicator who believes great results come from aligning the right people with the right processes. Whether leading teams, improving operations, or driving growth, I focus on solving challenges with intention and building lasting solutions. Outside of work, I'm busy with my two kids and rescue beagle, spending time near the water whenever possible, or relaxing with a good book and a margarita.

Hi, I'm Rachael! I love cozy spaces that feel both timeless and lived-in! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University, where I also studied Business Management. I further expanded my design education while studying abroad in Paris, France, and have been working in the industry since 2019. An old soul at heart, I’m drawn to blending historic charm with fresh, modern elements. With my parents being architects, I’ve had a lifelong connection to design and a trained eye for noticing unique details and character in the world around me. I married my best friend, Chris, in the spring of 2023, and we live in Edmond, OK with our sweet dog, our 20-year-old cat (yes...20 ha!), and a mischievous kitten as the newest addition to our little family!

I specialize in 3D digital renderings, but what I love most is designing spaces that feel both functional and full of personality. Every detail - from color and texture to lighting - matters, and I aim to create rooms that reflect the people who live in them. Outside of work, I love spending time with my German Shepherd, Rhea, my boyfriend, Devin, and my family. I also love going to concerts and finding inspiration in my travels, whether it’s a bold palette I discover on a trip or a pattern that catches my eye while shopping.

Hi! I’m Addie Osborne! I’m from Edmond, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Interior Design. With a background in commercial interior design, I bring an eye for detail and a thoughtful approach to every project. I love creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, designed to make everyday moments a little more special. When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me behind my embroidery machine, dreaming up my next DIY project for our 1930s home, traveling somewhere new, or spending time with my husband and our golden retriever.

Hi, I’m Madison, but you can call me Madi! I love creating thoughtful, beautiful spaces that reflect my clients’ lives and needs. What I enjoy most about design is the positive impact it can have on everyday living. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Interior Design (Go Pokes!). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and fiancé, James. We were excited to welcome our first baby boy this past April! I also love crafting, antique shopping, and finding inspiration on Pinterest.

Hi! I'm Abby. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and have a passion for creating spaces that feel as meaningful as they are beautiful. I especially love building a project from the ground up — watching an idea evolve from early plans to a finished space while building relationships with clients and team members along the way. I'm drawn to rich textures, layered color palettes, and moody interiors that tell a story and make people feel at home. Outside of work, I'm usually surrounded by plants, books, and art supplies. Whether I'm caring for a new plant, diving into a good novel, or working on something creative, I'm always finding inspiration in the little details that make life and design so interesting.

I’m especially passionate about material selection and space planning because I love seeing how the right combination of materials, textures, and finishes can transform a space, while thoughtful planning ensures that it is both beautiful and functional. I draw inspiration from past design styles, including Mid-Century Modern and Art Deco, and I enjoy finding ways to bring those influences into fresh, functional spaces. Outside of work, you can find me baking in the kitchen, thrift shopping, or playing outside with my two Great Danes, Fred and Kylo.

Hi, besties! I'm Kim, an Interior Designer with a degree in Interior Design and Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University and three years of industry experience.
I’m inspired by the cultures and environments around me, especially Spanish Colonial design. I love collaborating with clients to create spaces that are both functional and personal. With a background in 3D rendering, I enjoy bringing ideas to life and helping clients visualize their future spaces. Outside of work, you'll find me shopping, creating coffee books, or planning my next adventure.
