No detail is to small when it comes to new construction design and we will help personalize your new home to your style! You will receive design boards, paint schedules, lighting and plumbing boards (along with several more forms to keep your build on track!) from us to help your builder throughout the build.

RENOVATIONS
Renovations can be stressful and decisions can be time consuming! Our team will help guide you through all of the decisions, and help make the process as smooth as possible. We will help you through floorplan reworks, any cabinet designs, electrical placement, paint colors, flooring, lighting, cabinet hardware and so much more. Just a few items you will receive from us are; design boards, paint schedules, lighting and plumbing boards, etc. to help throughout your remodel.
HARD FINISHES + SOFT FINISHES (FURNISHINGS) Along with all the items listed above, our designers will also help source for furnishings and style your whole home or just certain rooms! We will take care of everything from budgeting, procurement, purchasing, tracking, receiving, storing, and install! This also includes window treatments! Helping you along the way with all the details is what our team is best at!
Color renderings are a great tool to help visualize your space. We offer elevation drawings and color renderings for one single room, or a whole home. Not only do we offer this service for our clients, we offer this for builders or designers who are working with their own clients and want to see a room or rooms in a color rendering / video rendering form
RENDERINGS & 3D DESIGN
We also have the ability to load your plan into our software system and create a 3D virtual walkthrough of your space! This is a great additional service to see your plan come to life!
3D VIDEO WALKTHROUGH
Understanding your floorplan room by room can save you time and thousands of dollars. We will walk you through each and every area-including window sizes, door swings, where all your plumbing is located, etc. We will also talk through all of your wants and needs for how you and your family are going to live in and use the space in your every day life! We offer this service as part of the on-going design services, or as a separate standalone service. If part of the on-going design services, it is charged at the hourly rate.

VIRTUAL DESIGN SERVICES
Our virtual design service offers a simple and effective way to furnish and style your space. We begin with a 30-minute consultation to understand your vision and budget. After that, we provide you with a checklist to gather inspiration and measurements. Based on your input, our team creates a customized concept board, featuring curated furniture options and styling recommendations for your approval.
This flat-fee service is designed to be flexible, allowing you to style your room at your own pace. For local clients, we also offer the option of installation and styling assistance for a more hands-on experience.
TAILORED DESIGN SESSIONS
Our Tailored Design Sessions offer flexible, on-demand design support, available in 5, 10, or 20-hour increments for you to use however you need over a one-year period. Whether you’re looking for expert guidance on paint colors, cabinetry details, tile selections, or furnishings—we’re here to help. Need a designer to join you for an on-site meeting? Want a second opinion on design boards, plumbing fixtures, or wallpaper choices? Looking for assistance shopping for furnishings or refining outdoor living plans with a contractor? You name it—we’re here to support you in whatever way suits your project best.
